Meetup: & Webster Game Jam

Oyé Oyé Game Designers !

Join us for the Webster + IndieDevs Game Jam, commencing on Friday, December 1st, and concluding on Sunday evening, December 3rd. We'll initiate the event by unveiling a theme on Friday to ignite your creativity, followed by team formation for collaborative game design and development.

Throughout the event, Webster Geneva will provide pizza and soft drinks for lunch.

On Sunday, it's the moment to present our creations to fellow participants and a panel of judges, with prizes awaiting the winners. It's a weekend filled with fun, teamwork, and game development – so make sure you don't miss out!

**Friday, December 1**

* 17:00 - Pizza and Networking
* 18:00 - Kickoff & Theme Announcement
* 18:30 - Idea Pitching & Team Formation
* 19:00 - Game Development Starts

**Saturday, December 2**

* 9:00 - Game Development Continues For Entire Day
* 12:00 - Webster Provided Lunch
* 13:00 - "Intro to Game Design" Workshop *(Optional)*

**Sunday, December 3**

* 9:00 - Game Development Continues until 15:00
* 12:00 - Webster Provided Lunch
* 15:00 - Game Submissions Due
* 16:00 - Game Showcase & Judging Begin

**PRACTICAL DETAILS**
\- Event will be '**hybrid**' both **Discord** + **In person** (we require **one** person of the team to be physically on site, on Friday and Sunday)
\- The event will be **english** spoken (basic knowledge is prefered)
\- You can bring your **own device** (laptop/PC/Tower) free wifi
\- PCs available \(limited number\)
\- It's not possible to sleep on site\, doors closes at 11pm \- train station \(Bellevue Stop\) is 3 minutes away from the jam\. It's possible to come with a vehicle \(please mention it on the registration form\)
\- You can use any game engine of your choice
\- You can use any asset of your choice \(even paid ones\)
